Ian joined Pro Insight as a basketball analyst in the summer of 2024. He assists in strategy/development, as well as regional grassroots coverage in the Northeast. He worked for Sports Info Solutions as a Basketball Operations Analyst for three years since the summer of 2021. At SIS, he helped scout and identify prospects for NBA team clients while managing several internal projects and a small crew of part-time staff.

Before SIS, Ian worked for The Basketball Tournament (TBT) during the 2021 and 2022 seasons. He assisted with background interviews and statistical research on player personnel for the ESPN broadcast group. He also helped out on-site with same-day, quick-turnaround scouting notes to the broadcast crew, covering on-court tournament trends based on player performance.

A Connecticut College graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Ian has also worked as a Basketball coach for Hamilton-Wenham Regional High School, a New England basketball scout, a statistics tutor, and a research intern for ESPN. He is currently based in Boston.
