Florian Kurth is an international basketball analyst for Pro Insight. He is responsible for the reporting and evaluation of top youth prospects, specializing in Europe. He also studies and analyzes video, conducts interviews, and is involved in database management.

Kurth himself played in the highest youth leagues in Germany and competed with NBA players such as Moritz Wagner and Isaiah Hartenstein. After a promising playing career concluded, he focused on his bachelor's degree in international technology management, while working first as a Scout and then as Director of Scouting for a renowned European scouting company.
